Shipping policy

Currently, we are only shipping to residents within the United States to states that allow CBD shipping. We offer standard, and 2-day shipping (as available). Shipping times are estimates only.

Product price is exclusive of shipping fees and taxes. All shipping fees and associated taxes will show as an additional item on the customer receipt/invoice.

Once an order is processed, we generally ship within 2 business days. We cannot change or cancel an order once an item is shipped. Most orders arrive within 7 business days after being placed. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please notify us immediately at info@greenmira.com. Failure to notify us within 30 business days will result in loss of claim for reimbursement. 

We will not be held responsible for product loss due to inaccurate or incomplete customer shipping information.

Should your product become damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately with the order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. See refund policy for further information.
